The Austrian headquarters acts as the technical and organizational center of the group. Here customer projects are coordinated, tooling concepts are defined and sampling processes are validated. Material selection, design support and industrialization planning are aligned with customer specifications before transfer into serial production.
DEG Elastomer Solutions
Turkey - European Production Plant
DEG Elastomer Solutions is the group’s center for hose systems, profiles and cost-efficient elastomer production for the European market. Through optimized raw material sourcing and compound procurement, the site enables economically competitive manufacturing of elastomer molded parts and rubber-metal bonded components. In addition, the plant specializes in reinforced technical hoses, hose systems and profile extrusion.
HG Group
Mexico – North American Production Plant
The HG Group represents the Deisenhammer manufacturing approach within the North American market and serves as the regional operational headquarters.
The site supplies its own North American customers and focuses on elastomer molded and bonded components, stamped sealing solutions and assemblies. Its manufacturing depth enables local production close to customer plants and supports regional supply chains.

Technologies

Rubber injection
We manufacture rubber injection components using IM, CM and TM processes on 25 machines from leading European manufacturers Maplan, RIMM and LWB.
Our capabilities ensure consistent precision, high repeatability and reliable performance across a wide range of elastomer applications.
Plastic production
We offer both injection molding and plastic extrusion to cover a broad spectrum of polymer applications.
These capabilities enable us to deliver precise, consistent and economically efficient plastic components tailored to customer-specific requirements.
Hose production
We manufacture hoses from a wide range of elastomer compounds combined with fabric reinforcements available in woven, coiled, mono- or co-extruded constructions.
We also produce advanced 2-component hoses with moulded-on plastic (KU) or elastomer elements for integrated system functionality.
Systems & assembly
We supply integrated composite systems combining hoses, elastomer components, plastic injection-molded parts and selected purchased items.
